Privacy Notice

1. Who handles your information

BlueProprty is a brand of BlueSystm LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 North Gould Street, #67797, Sheridan, WY 82801. BlueSystm LLC is responsible for the information collected through the BlueProprty website and quizzes. Contact info@blueproprty.com for privacy requests or anything else; we reply within 30 days. The matched contractor handles the information it receives under its own practices.

2. What we collect and why

We collect your quiz answers about the project, your ZIP code and your mobile phone number, plus technical information your browser sends (IP address, browser type). We use it to calculate your estimate, text it to you, connect you with a matched local contractor and follow up on your project, to operate and secure the service and to meet legal obligations. We do not ask for your name in the quiz.

Estimates are approximate ranges computed from your answers and, once available, the contractor's own price list. They are not quotes.

3. Where your information goes

When you finish the quiz, your answers, phone number and ZIP code are sent to BlueSystm's platform at app.bluesystm.com, stored there, and shared with the matched contractor so it can prepare and follow up on your estimate. The ZIP code you type is also sent to a ZIP-to-city lookup at api.zippopotam.us, and the ZIP area map is an embedded Google Map that receives the ZIP when it is shown. The site loads font files from Google Fonts.

We use these service providers, which process information only to provide their service to us: Twilio (text messages and calls), Resend (email), and Render and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with anyone for their own marketing. Your consent covers only the businesses named in the sentence you ticked.

4. Calls and text messages

The box you tick under the phone field contains the consent sentence reproduced in the Communication terms. It authorizes calls and texts about your project from the named contractor and from BlueProprty, operated by BlueSystm LLC, including automated messages and calls made using AI assistants or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. A separate optional marketing consent, offered in a dialog, can be given and revoked at any time. Message frequency varies; msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. We do not record calls unless we tell you at the start of the call.

5. Consent records and retention

For each consent we keep the sentence you ticked, its version, the time, the page address and your phone number, with the IP address and browser added by our server. We keep consent records for five years to document what you agreed to. We keep your other quiz information for as long as needed to deliver and follow up on your estimate, to handle disputes and to meet legal obligations. After an opt-out or deletion request we may keep a minimal record that you opted out, and any records the law requires; keeping a record is not permission to contact you.

6. Cookies, storage and tracking

Your browser's local storage holds your theme preference and the quiz's saved progress, which is cleared when the quiz completes. We set no advertising cookies and use no analytics or advertising pixels today; if we add any, we will update the Cookie notice first. Google, Cloudflare and Render may receive technical request information, such as your IP address and browser headers, when you load their resources or our pages.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure. Avoid entering sensitive information on a shared device.

8. Your choices and rights

Reply STOP to any text, or tell us during a call, to stop contact; you can opt out at any time. Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to receive a copy of it, or to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not penalize anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Send requests to info@blueproprty.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first; an authorized representative may write on your behalf, subject to verification. If your request concerns information already given to your matched contractor, we forward it to them. If you disagree with our answer, reply to say so and ask for review; you can also contact your state attorney general or regulator. Please do not send government identification unless we specifically ask through a secure process.

9. Age and changes

BlueProprty is for adults aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. We may disclose information when the law requires. We may update this notice; changes are posted here with a new date, and a change does not create new permission to contact you.
