1. Operator and scope

BlueProprty is a brand of BlueSystm LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 North Gould Street, #67797, Sheridan, WY 82801. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” mean BlueSystm LLC operating BlueProprty. We provide software and marketing tools that give you an approximate price range for a home project and connect you with a local contractor. We do not perform, manage, supervise or guarantee construction work, and we are not your contractor, installer, engineer, inspector, insurer or rebate administrator.

These terms cover the BlueProprty website, its estimate quizzes and the project summaries and estimates they produce, including a quiz shown on a contractor's own site or reached through an advertisement. A quiz that shows a contractor's name is offered together with that contractor; “Powered by BlueProprty” identifies our technology and is not a construction partnership, warranty or endorsement. By using the quiz you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates, starting prices and rebates

Every estimate is an approximate range, not a quote, bid, fixed or maximum price, offer to perform work or construction contract. It is computed from your answers and, once available, the contractor's own price list. The labels “estimate,” “your price,” “from,” a range or an itemized total do not change this, and neither does the way it reaches you: on screen, by text message, by email or from an automated assistant. Completing the quiz or requesting an estimate does not hire a contractor, reserve work or materials, require a purchase or authorize a charge.

The quiz works from limited answers and assumptions, not a site visit, verified measurements or a professional design. Location, measurements, materials, labor, preparation, tear-out, disposal, access, permits, taxes, hidden damage, moisture, mold, asbestos, electrical or structural problems, ground conditions, code requirements and market prices can all change the real cost. The final price can be higher or lower than the range shown; the range is not a ceiling or a floor. Images and diagrams are illustrative. Items may be excluded unless specifically listed.

A contractor must confirm scope, site conditions, inclusions, exclusions, schedule and final price in a written proposal. Do not order materials, start work, pay a deposit or make financing or safety decisions based only on an estimate. Rebate and financing rules change; check eligibility, funding and deadlines with the relevant program. No rebate, saving or financing approval is guaranteed. If you think an estimate contains an input, calculation or display error, tell us at the address in section 9 before relying on it.

3. Your information and requests

Use the service only for lawful purposes and provide information you are authorized to provide. The service is for adults aged 18 or older who are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number they enter. Do not submit another person's number without their permission.

At the last step you enter your phone number and tick one box. The sentence next to that box is the consent described in the Communication terms: you agree to receive calls and text messages about your project from the contractor named in the sentence and from BlueProprty, operated by BlueSystm LLC, including automated messages and calls made using AI assistants or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not tick the box we cannot contact you about your estimate; you can leave the quiz at any time. Selecting “Send my request” also confirms that you have read these terms and the Privacy Notice.

We record the sentence you ticked, its version, the time, the page address and your phone number, and our server adds your IP address and browser, so that we can show what you agreed to. A separate, optional marketing consent is offered in a dialog opened from the “Marketing consent” link. It is never ticked for you, is not required to receive your estimate and can be withdrawn at any time.

To prepare and follow up on your estimate we send your quiz answers, phone number and ZIP code to BlueSystm's platform at app.bluesystm.com, where they are stored, and share them with the matched contractor. See the Privacy Notice.

4. Independent contractors

Contractors are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. A contractor is responsible for its proposals, sales practices, licenses, insurance, workers, permits, code compliance, safety, materials, workmanship, warranties and performance. Check these directly before you hire. Being matched with you or named in an estimate does not mean we have verified a contractor's qualifications, guarantee availability or endorse the contractor.

BlueSystm LLC is not a party to your construction agreement. Payments, deposits, cancellations, liens, changes, warranties and disputes are matters between you and the contractor under your own contract and applicable law, including any home-improvement disclosures and cancellation rights the law gives you. This does not remove responsibility for our own conduct where the law imposes it.

5. Marketing relationships

BlueSystm LLC provides software and marketing services to contractors and may be paid by the contractor you are matched with. We do not promise that a contractor will be available in your area, will contact you within a set time or will accept your project, and we do not promise any number of responses, appointments, projects or savings. Our arrangements with contractors are set out in separate agreements with them; your use of the quiz does not create one.

6. Automated assistance

Some calls and messages may come from an AI assistant or artificial voice acting for BlueProprty and the matched contractor. It will say who it represents and that it is automated, and it will not pretend to be a person. Automated answers can be incomplete or wrong; confirm specifications, prices, safety matters and commitments with the contractor. Do not use the service in an emergency.

7. Acceptable use and content

BlueSystm LLC owns the BlueProprty brand and the original quiz software, designs, calculation tools and content in which it holds rights. Third-party software, licensed assets and contractor trademarks stay with their owners. You may use the quiz for lawful project planning and share your own summary with an adviser or contractor. You may not resell the platform, copy its protected code or templates, remove ownership notices, submit false or fraudulent requests or interfere with the service. We do not claim ownership of your personal data or project information.

8. Availability and responsibility

The quiz is provided for general planning. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free estimates. To the extent the law allows, the quiz and its estimates are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of predicted project cost, and BlueSystm LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or lost profits arising from use of the quiz or reliance on an estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or stops you from making a complaint, writing an honest review or reporting to a regulator.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes will be brought in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live still apply. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings or shorten any legal claim period. Please contact us first at the address in section 9 so we can try to resolve the matter. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.

9. Updates and contact

We may update these terms. A change is dated and posted here before it applies to new requests, and it does not change a request you already submitted, widen a consent you already gave or alter your agreement with a contractor. New purposes or new senders need new permission from you.
