Marketing Consent & SMS Terms

Updated 21 September 2026 · version 2026-09-21-quiz-terms-8
Website review version. SMS delivery and calling are not active in this preview. Quiz results are approximate planning information.

1. The sender you choose

BlueProprty is BlueSystm's quiz and marketing platform. BlueSystm's ownership of the platform does not authorize it to contact you independently on behalf of other businesses or expand the consent you choose.

On the BlueProprty website, the named sender is BlueSystm operating BlueProprty. In a separately configured contractor quiz, the sender is the specific contractor named before consent is collected, including when the page says “Powered by BlueProprty.” The technology credit adds no independent sender. Permission for BlueProprty does not authorize an unnamed contractor, and permission for one contractor does not authorize another. No SMS delivery or calling service is active in this preview.

2. Separate estimate and marketing choices

The visible estimate checkbox starts unchecked and requests only the estimate by SMS from the named business at the supplied number. It does not authorize promotional follow-ups or calls. The Marketing consent link opens a separate, optional agreement naming the sender and number and describing marketing texts and calls about the project, including automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial / AI-generated voices.

Only selecting “I agree to marketing texts and calls” after that disclosure is displayed records the proposed electronic signature for marketing. Opening the link, reading these terms, checking the estimate box, or selecting Close does not grant marketing permission. No thanks removes the draft marketing selection. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or receiving the estimate. Changing the phone number clears both choices and requires fresh selection.

This local demonstration records only temporary draft selections and never sends texts or places calls. These records are not usable live permissions. A production program must retain reliable evidence of the actual displayed wording, identified sender, number, version, affirmative actions and timestamps, and honor withdrawals across its systems. Each additional sender requires its own appropriate consent. Consent cannot be sold, shared or transferred to another business for marketing.

3. Frequency and costs

Message frequency varies with the request and the separately chosen program. Message and data rates may apply. Participation does not guarantee that any message will be delivered. Any live program must supply its actual contact information and implement its approved frequency and state-specific calling limits.

4. Stop and help

In a live program, reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for assistance. You may also ask the sender to stop calls or texts through its published contact channels. Reasonable withdrawal requests must be handled; STOP is not the only way to revoke consent. A non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. Marketing must not continue after an applicable opt-out.

Contact info@blueproprty.com for assistance, legal inquiries or to withdraw permission. Include the relevant phone number and request, without unnecessary sensitive information. Sending numbers and functioning STOP/HELP handling must be configured before SMS is activated; this preview sends nothing.

5. Automated assistants and recording

A proposed introduction is “Hi, I'm Emma, the AI assistant for [the named contractor], following up about your [project].” The assistant should not pretend to be a human employee. Any required sales-purpose and opt-out disclosures must also be provided. Recording or transcription requires a separate legally appropriate notice and consent process, not merely the checkbox for receiving a call.

6. Scope and limitations

Contact permission is limited to the named sender, selected channels and described subject. It cannot be transferred to another contractor. Consent does not waive consumer-protection rights, validate a prohibited messaging use case or guarantee carrier approval. See the Terms of Service for estimates and contractor responsibilities and the Privacy Notice for information handling.

Project costs are approximate, not contractor quotes or contracts. Final pricing is agreed directly with your contractor. BlueProprty is a BlueSystm brand and marketing platform, not a construction contractor.
