1. Who handles your information

BlueProprty is owned and operated by BlueSystm. On this website, BlueSystm operates the quiz and handles requests under the BlueProprty brand. Contact info@blueproprty.com for privacy requests. In a separately configured contractor-branded quiz, the named contractor and its privacy notice must also be identified. Brand ownership does not mean ownership of your personal data or unrestricted rights to use it.

2. Information and purposes

A quiz can use project answers, ZIP code, requested work and an optional phone number. The compact contact form does not request an additional name. These details support your requested project information; they are not permission for unrelated marketing.

The consent preview keeps choices, displayed wording, version and submission action in page memory. It does not transmit that receipt or send messages. Quiz engines may save progress and entered answers, including contact fields, in your browser's local storage to resume the quiz. The website also remembers your display theme. Clearing site data removes local saved information; a reload can clear the in-memory consent receipt. Do not use shared devices for private project information or enter sensitive information in this preview.

Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Such a request exposes technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser headers, to the resource provider. Hosting and network services may process technical request information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. See the Cookie & Local Storage Notice. An active marketing pixel, advertising audience upload or additional analytics use must be disclosed and configured for applicable choices before it is introduced.

3. Requested delivery and optional contact

The estimate SMS checkbox and optional marketing agreement are separate choices. The first requests only the estimate. The Marketing consent link opens a disclosure of follow-up marketing texts and calls, including automated systems and artificial / AI-generated voices; only its explicit acceptance records that separate choice. Opening or closing the disclosure does not accept it. Changing the number clears both choices. A technology-provider logo or “Powered by” credit does not add an authorized sender. This demonstration sends nothing.

4. Contractors and service providers

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or messaging opt-in information with other businesses for their independent marketing. Providers operating a requested service on the identified sender's behalf may process necessary information under appropriate restrictions. In a future contractor-branded program, the contractor must be identified at collection. A BlueProprty opt-in is not transferable to a different contractor.

A BlueProprty request is not blanket consent for unnamed contractors. Any future referral feature must first identify its recipients and accurately explain the actual disclosure and commercial arrangement. Whether a referral or advertising transfer constitutes a sale or sharing under state privacy law must be assessed separately. This draft does not claim that all possible transfers are exempt.

5. Advertising, cookies and Meta

A click on a Facebook advertisement is not, by itself, permission for automated texts or AI calls. A live Meta lead form or website contact form must present the relevant sender, privacy notice and contact choices. Advertising pixels, audience uploads, conversion APIs, session replay and analytics must be disclosed and configured for the applicable privacy choices before use. 6. Recording and AI

Agreeing to an AI-assisted call is not a blanket recording authorization. Any future recording, transcription or analysis needs its own appropriate notice and consent process where required. Providers, data use, retention and whether conversations are used for model training must be confirmed before activation. No call or recording is made by this preview.

7. Retention and protection

Browser-stored progress remains until removed by the quiz's reset/completion behavior or by clearing site data. Consent selections in this preview remain only in page memory. Information you email to support is used to respond and retained only as needed for that purpose, dispute handling or applicable legal obligations. A production messaging service must specify its additional retention arrangements before activation. Limited suppression or legally required records may need to be retained after a deletion request; retaining evidence does not permit further marketing.

8. Your choices and rights

For a live messaging program, reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance; you may also communicate a stop request to the sender. Other reasonable requests to withdraw permission must be handled. Privacy rights can include access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, depending on the applicable law and business. Applicable appeal procedures and Global Privacy Control handling must be implemented before launch.

Send privacy requests to info@blueproprty.com. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. An authorized representative may contact us subject to verification of authority. If you believe a request was handled incorrectly, request review at that same address and identify it as a privacy appeal; applicable statutory remedies and regulator complaints remain available. You will not be penalized for exercising a legally protected privacy right. Do not send government identification unless specifically needed through an appropriate secure process.

For any future messaging program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance; other reasonable withdrawal requests can be sent to the contacts above. No live messaging service is active in this preview.

9. Age, legal disclosures and changes

The contact program is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Information may be disclosed when legally required, subject to applicable protections. Production disclosures must identify the actual purposes, recipients and retention periods. A notice update does not create new contact permission.
